The Row 4 Dough presented by Jones Chiropractic is an exercise fundraising event benefiting the athletes of Special Olympics Illinois Region H.
Participants have the option to attend our in-person event or pick their date, time, and method to Row 4 Dough virtually. Rowers are encouraged to compete as a Marathon 10-person team (rowing 26.2 miles), a Half-Marathon five-person team (rowing 13.1 miles), or as an Individual (rowing a 5K).

The Region H Row 4 Dough will be held on Saturday, August 1st at 8:30 am at Southwind Park.
Cost: Registration is free, however, all rowers must collect a minimum of $50 in donations from family, friends, and coworkers. This will be due the day of the event. Each rower to reach the fundraising minimum of $50 will receive a Row 4 Dough shirt. You must be registered by July 15th to be guaranteed to get your t-shirt on the day of the Row. If you register after July 15th, you will get your shirt approximately 2-3 weeks after the event. There will also be additional incentive prizes for individuals that raise more than $250 - so be sure to ask friends, family and co-workers to donate to your Row!
Awards:
o Fastest Boat
o Team Spirit
o Top Fundraising Individual
o Top Fundraising Team
o Anchored Boat (Slowest team to finish)
Common timing and standards will be in effect. Each rower will be set to the same screen and the official time will be on THAT rower. Only one person can row at a time. If a person is transitioning off the rower you CANNOT have someone keep pulling the chain while the other person straps in.
