⏰ 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
When applying, you must bring the following documents:
· Proof of income (W-2 form, tax return, SNAP benefits, SSI, disability, child support, employer verification of salary)
· Court-ordered guardianship
· Foster/kinship documentation (if applicable)
· Proof of physical address
· ECI document/outside clinical services (if applicable)
· Birth certificate
· Social Security card
· Current immunization record
· Parent/guardian photo ID
· Child’s Medicaid/private insurance
Once you gain Head Start approval, you must register your child via Longview ISD Skyward Qmlativ at longviewisd.com/enroll.
Early/Head Start also serves:
· Children with disabilities
· Pregnant moms (Harrison and Gregg Counties only)
It is imperative that families bring all documents to begin and complete the registration process. We can’t wait to welcome our newest Little Lobos! 💫
