Black Redemption Records fronted by Ras Kush is based in the USA and visits Luton for one exceptional night to showcase his catalogue of new and fresh compositions voiced by artists like Jesse Royal and Fred Locks. Lionz Den Record label, fronted by Jerry Lionz based in London UK is responsible for the Cyan Tan Yah Dub also known as the Channel One soundsystem anthem, the singles were voiced by Donovan Kingjay and Lorna Asher. Lionz Den has a healthy selection of vocals and riddims on the market, including songs by The Congoes, Prince Malachi. Sista Lexxy is one of the UK's most versatile singers, who vocal range and delivery is complimentarily compared to Billie Holiday and Amy Winehouse.

The greatest roots reggae producers include pioneers like King Tubbys, King Jammys, Lee 'Scratch' Perry, Jah Shaka, Scientist, and Bunny Lee.
