About the Host
During the pandemic, Cigar Stix and Lipstick Stains Virtula Networking Group was established because Ashley Kamil understood the importance of keeping non-essential businesses relevant. Ashley developed the virtual networking group to stay connected with the Cigar community and those who owned businesses or offered products that were labeled as non-essential. Over the last 4 years, Ashley Kamil has highlighted women and men in the industry who are making an impact in their communities by creating opportunities to bring a new flair to the culture. During this journey, Ashley also noticed many women who were trailblazers and forerunners in the industry as well. These ladies make up the Smoke Like a Lady Think Like a Brand Collaborative. This Group of ladies individually embody women who entered the male-dominated cigar culture and carved a space for their businesses to thrive while professionally supporting the men who are in the industry.
Ashley is also the owner of Consulting with Kmail Consulting Firm for Entrepreneurs. Ashley continues to support businesses with her proven strategies and niche networking as a consultant.
