About this Event

Join us for a fun in-person quiz night! As it's the 75th anniversary of the 1951 Refugee Convention in 2026, we're coming together to raise vital funds for our work. Date will be announced shortly & once confirmed tickets will go live.

Get your team together, test your trivia skills, and help make a difference.

Alongside the interactive quiz, there will be a musical performance and storytelling. We will also screen the short film produced by our Youth Group in collaboration with the Roundhouse.

This fundraiser will raise funds for our Youth Group and our ESOL courses.

Our Youth Group for unaccompanied refugees and asylum seekers aged 11-21 provides opportunities for support, socialisation, confidence building and integration into the local community through outings and activities in the evenings, weekends and school holidays.

Our free ESOL (English for speakers of other languages) courses help refugees and asylum seekers learn this essential skill to get involved in their community.

Tables and teams can be up to 10 people, you can book a half table team of 5 people or book the size of the team you need by choosing the individual ticket option.

About Us:

New Citizens’ Gateway supports refugees and asylum seekers across London and beyond. Our mission is to empower individuals to rebuild their lives and integrate into British society with dignity, confidence, and a sense of belonging.

We take a holistic approach to support, offering a range of services including advice and information, wellbeing support, and more, reaching some of the most vulnerable in our communities.

Since 2005, we have helped thousands of refugees and asylum seekers rebuild their lives in the UK. Each year, we support over 4,500 people through the dedication of our staff and volunteers, the strength of our community, and the generosity of our supporters.

These funds are needed now more than ever, as we are operating in a particularly challenging funding environment. At the same time, the cost of delivering our services is rising and increasingly hostile policies affecting the people we support continue to be announced.
