Join us for a day of connection, releasing and honour our journey of life after loss at Rebirth Wellness Centre. This event is all about finding peace and tranquility in the midst of our grief. Let go of some of those heavy emotions we carry as you connect with your inner self, your child and recharge your spirit.

At Refuge Of The Heart, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of wellness activities including breathwork, meditation sessions, and expressing our emotions through writing and art therapy. You'll also have the chance to connect with other bereaved mothers and experience the power of the sisterhood.

Connect with like-minded individuals in a peaceful and nurturing enviroment where you can show up authentically you without judgement from those around us. Some say it takes a village to raise a child, we believe it takes one to help grieve one. We can try all our might to heal alone, but that road is far more lonely, frustrating, and longer than it needs to be. We are honoured to hold space for those who are able to join us.
