This trial Saturday morning class flowing yoga class offers a mixed-level flow, open to all with some mobility experience.
This class blends steady movements with mindful breath work, with clear options offered throughout so that you can move in a way that feels right for your body and each class that might change.
This class has an emphasis on restoration through movement, while offering techniques to help settle the nervous system, leaving you feeling refreshed and clear.
A steady and grounding way to start your Saturday.
