About this Event
Join us for a restorative and educational workshop led by Dr. Vonetta Dotson of CerebroFit, focused on the powerful connection between movement, rest, and emotional well-being. In today’s fast-paced world, true wellness requires both intentional activity and intentional recovery.
Dr. Dotson and her team will guide participants through an engaging discussion on how movement and exercise can help reduce stress, improve mood, regulate the nervous system, and support overall mental health. The workshop will also explore the equally important role of sleep, mindfulness, meditation, and stillness practices in helping the body and mind recover, reset, and heal.
Participants will leave with practical tools and approachable strategies to create more balance in daily life and build sustainable habits that support both physical and emotional wellness.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself in a healthier way, this workshop offers a supportive and encouraging space to slow down, move intentionally, and prioritize your well-being.
We are honored to have Dr. Vonetta Dotson leading this special Mental Health Awareness Month workshop and sharing her expertise, insight, and passion for whole-person wellness with our community.
