Reformer Pilates

Discover the benefits of Reformer Pilates in a welcoming and supportive environment. Using a specialised reformer machine, these low-impact sessions are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and posture, while helping you build confidence in movement.

Reformer Pilates can be particularly beneficial for perimenopausal and menopausal women, helping to maintain muscle strength and bone health, improve balance, mobility and posture, reduce stiffness, and support overall physical and mental wellbeing. The sessions are suitable for a range of abilities, with exercises tailored to individual needs.

Whether you're new to Reformer Pilates or looking to return to exercise, this is a great opportunity to move your body, meet others, and invest in your health and wellbeing.

Please note: Studio Forma will contact you prior to the session to complete a waiver form; participants will not be able to take part unless this has been completed.

Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP.

Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.

There is a small cost to attend, which covers the session on a per person basis. This is offered at a discounted rate through social prescribing, helping to keep the sessions as accessible as possible.

We want our sessions to be accessible to everyone. If cost is a barrier, please get in touch - we’re happy to support you to attend.

All bookings are non-refundable.
