Join us for a calming, hands-on introduction to reflexology with Arlea! Learn how this gentle practice can support your whole body by focusing on key pressure points in your feet. Discover the difference between reflexology and massage, and take home practical techniques to share with yourself and loved ones.No special equipment is needed—just comfortable clothes to sit in. Reflexology can be practiced anywhere! Baby wipes will be provided for foot cleansing, and Arlea will demonstrate the safe use of essential oils to enhance your experience. (Please inform Melissa of any allergies when signing up.)
Instead of a fee, we kindly ask each participant to bring one or more items from Arlea’s wish list as a fair exchange for her time, tools, and the valuable knowledge she shares.
Arlea's wish list:
- Homemade goodies (bread, washcloths, jams, preserves, etc.)
- Plants or seeds
-Herbal Tea and Medicines
This workshop is open to anyone with an interest in building a welcoming and inclusive community. No prior skills are needed—just curiosity and a spirit of connection. A friendly dog lives on-site, and there are 8 steps to enter the home.
