HARVEST FOR HOPE

Join us for a powerful evening to connect in community, for community.

Stoke the fires within with a 60 minute pilates and yoga flow, and get grounded with breath work & meditation. Class attendees will receive a complimentary gift bag including local goodies, and a copy of George's wife Anna's cookbook! Tickets for class can be purchased via etransfer to [email protected] ($30/pp).

Reflection and discussion will follow in open circle, as we unfurl the question "What do you need to reap or sow?". Discussion is free and open to the public, with cash or etransfer donations accepted at the door.

Accesibility: Unfortunately this event space is only accesible by stairs. Light, scent, sound, and movement accomodations can be made, just let us know.

Note: Mats, tea, refreshments, and heart centered snacks will be provided. Please feel free to bring anything else you need to fully embrace your time in circle.
