What to expect: On this retreat we will take time to reflect on Scripture; to listen to what the Lord is saying to us and to deepen our communication with him.
Using pre-loved fabrics, colourful threads and simple running or back stitches, we will think quietly and pray allowing the Lord to speak to us personally.
As well as specific times of silent stitching together there will be opportunities to walk in the garden and to reflect with others at the end of the day.
The retreat will appeal to those who wish to take time out, slow down and reconnect with God. Each day will begin with morning prayer and end with night prayer.
No previous stitching or embroidery experience is required. All materials will be provided.
Cost: £270.00 full-board, £65.00 day guest
