Our Mum & Daughter Retreat (perfect for aunties and grandmas too!) is a gentle, joy-filled day designed to bring you closer again. 💕
Together, you’ll:
🎨 Get creative and express yourselves in fun, mindful ways
🧘♀️ Move, stretch, and breathe with calming guided movement
🌿 Relax deeply through soothing visualisations
💬 Share special moments of reflection, laughter, and love
It’s a chance for girls aged 11–16 and their special female adult to unwind, recharge, and reconnect — heart to heart, soul to soul. ✨
No pressure. No judgement. Just time together — being present, playful, and peaceful.
Held at Bromley Town Cricket Club on Saturday 15 November, 1pm-4pm
£60 per pair (Adult and child)
