With the way of the world, we have lost the magic of women coming together to support each other and embrace the collective power of connection and kinship. Join us?<h4>
</h4><h4>Welcome to Reflections - a safe, non-judgemental space for like-minded women! This event is all about creating a supportive environment where women can come together to share, connect, and grow. Whether you're looking for inspiration, advice, or just some good company, this is the place for you. Come as you are and leave feeling empowered and uplifted.</h4>
Reflections will be tailored to the needs of the group but will include holistic activities such as mindfulness, meditation, guided visualisation, reiki experiences, therapeutic arts, and other powerful transformational tools.

We meet for a couple of hours on a monday, once a month at Bromley Town Cricket Club, Hayes, 7.30pm-9.30pm.

Bev and Lisa have collaborated over the past couple of years on various retreats and mindfulness activities and we are excited to more formally join together to regularly facilitate Reflections.
Join us every month, or just when you can, to escape the humdrum of life for a couple of hours. Dive into an ignited spiritual energy and renewed wisdom.
