Lie down and relax deeply in a safe healing space while the instruments frequencies wash over you, clearing out any blockages and soothing away any stress in the body and mind.
A sound bath is a powerful sonic meditation which enables deep relaxation to bring about peace and wellbeing for improved health. The vibrations from the crystal bowls assist the release of emotional and energy blockages in the body and stimulate deep healing on a cellular level.
The frequencies slow down brainwaves, inducing a dreamlike state and opens us up to take an inner journey where our sense of time dissipates and we are left to simply 'be' and vibrate.
Please bring anything that will
allow you to be in your most restful restorative state. We suggest a yoga mat, eye pillow, blanket, bolster, journal, water bottle or anything that will ease you into a fully meditative state.
