Since 2009, Melanie has been facilitating these unique retreats each Winter to help change-makers start their new year in a soulful, energized and intentional way to create the change they dream of. About the Retreat:
This day is about meaningful reflection – a chance to let go of the past and discover the energy that pulling you forward. It’s called a “retreat” because even though it’s just a day, we create a cocoon to:
Deconstruct whatever perspective you’ve walled yourself in with
Reframe your reality to align with who you are today
From this place of truth, beliefs shift, courage materializes and new paths emerge. Let’s acknowledge there’s a whole mess of things that hold us back from actualizing what we desire: habits, hurts, fear, illness, overwhelm, unhealthy ties, trauma, the list goes on… Diamonds are formed under pressure, with a skilled hand we can intentionally shape ourselves with the many faceted potentials we hold.
There’s magic when conscious change-makers gather with intention.
Treat yourself to a circle of diverse and curious people that offer a deeper dive than we’re able to do alone, be inspired by sharing of personal challenges, celebrations and real desires. Bring levity to what weighs you down and take more seriously what lifts you up.
