Together, we sit in circle —
sharing, listening, reflecting —
allowing space for what’s present to be seen, spoken, and softly held.
There is no expectation to have the right words,
or to have it all figured out.
Just an invitation to arrive as you are —
in the fullness of your experience.
These circles honour a deeply human need:
to be witnessed without fixing,
to listen without needing to solve,
and to remember we are not alone in what we carry.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to slow down,
to connect more honestly,
or to sit alongside others in a way that feels real and grounding…
you are warmly invited.
You’re welcome to join us for a single session, or come regularly —
each circle stands on its own, while also gently building a sense of connection over time.
Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate.
