A month end meditative journaling ritual. Step into a sacred pause at the turning of the month. This nourishing session invites you to gently reflect on the month that’s passed + set powerful, soul led intentions for the one ahead—through gentle breath work, restorative seated meditation, a moment of sound healing + guided journaling prompts. Together, we’ll create space to release, realign + remember what matters.
Provided: Journal, pen, herbal tea, crystal + affirmation card.
