Reflect & Connect Group Session: Holiday Edition

Join two friendly local psychologists to reflect on 2024 in a cozy apartment filled with holiday treats, wine, good music, and hot chocolate! For many of us, the holidays bring up a range of emotions—whether you're the person who blasts Christmas music the day after Halloween or you’re counting down the days until it’s over, this group session is for you.

Unlike a typical holiday party, this intimate gathering offers a supportive space for authentic conversations. Psychologists and therapists Zsofi and Willow will guide you through meaningful exercises designed to help you feel uplifted and connected, leaving you with a brighter holiday spirit—whatever that looks like for you.

As expats ourselves, we understand how emotionally challenging the holidays can be, whether you’re far from loved ones or spending the season alone. Together, we’ll create a nurturing community to reflect, share, and support one another.

📍 Location: Private apartment in Eixample, Barcelona (details shared with confirmed guests)

✨ The evening will include structured group activities as well as free time to mingle and chat.

Zsofi is an accredited psychologist and integrative therapist from Hungary. After relocating to Barcelona from London two years ago, she has been running her private practice and organizing events focused on psychological topics.

Willow is a sex therapist and psychologist from the US and has called Spain home for the last 6 years. She teaches in the psychology department at a local university and absolutely loves sharing her work with others. She also hosts a monthly event in Barcelona called The Talk: A Group Discussion Series on Sexuality!
