Join us in this annual practice that will guide your body and mind for meditation to reflect, to point towards things you would like to achieve, to show you what is holding you back and to point towards steps to its means.
This will be a slow-paced, intentional Hatha Yoga practice, led and nourished by your breath. You will be treated to an extended deep relaxation—Yoga Nidra—which will allow you to drop into a state of effortless ease and heightened awareness.
Following this, we will transition into pranayama and meditation, leading you to self-inquiry and perhaps some journaling if you feel called to it. We will conclude with space for discussion, sharing, or simply being in the company of one another.
