Enter the warm and welcoming halls of the Gamble House and experience the immersive power of sound under the guidance of sound bath practitioner MaLisa Swan. Enjoy the deep relaxation and mindfulness of a multi-instrumental sound bath with opportunities to join in discussion and share a cup of tea with community. This practice will focus on reflection and renewal as we gather to say farewell to winter and welcome the approaching spring.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow so that you may sit comfortably throughout the event.
