Get your sweat on with this high-impact, high-energy cardio dance class. We love to push ourselves hard and watch our strength grow. Our class is filled with great music, tons of laughs and a whole lot of grace. We're about progress, not perfection!Not a dancer? No worries. Our moves are simple and easy to catch on to. And if you get lost just groove to the music!
If you have kids, bring them! We have two designated play areas (toddler and big kid) just off of the workout space with lots of toys.
Bring a water bottle and your sense of humor!
