Welcome to Refill Wednesdays at The Winemaking Studio in Downtown Lawrenceville.
Bring back your empty, labeled Winemaking Studio bottle and make your next batch—or choose Express Winemaking and start a new bottle.
Choose from this week's featured flavors, test your potential alcohol, adjust your batch, mix, add yeast, name your wine and secure your bottle for the ride home.
You're in and out in about 15–20 minutes.

New to the studio or don't have a bottle to refill? Start here.
Make a 750 ml bottle of wine using our streamlined, station-style winemaking process. Your new bottle and fermentation equipment are included, with light guidance from our team as you move through each step.
Express Winemaking is a fast winemaking option and does not include the full guided instruction of our Signature Experience.
HALF GALLON REFILL — $55
Bring back your empty, labeled Winemaking Studio half-gallon jug and fermentation equipment and make your next batch.
BEFORE YOU COME
Refill bottles must have the original The Winemaking Studio label attached.
Bring your bottle or jug, airlock, bung and cap/top.
Missing equipment? Replacement equipment is available for $7.
Weekly flavors vary and are announced before each Refill Wednesday.
Registration is required.
