Reels 101 Workshop ~ Reels without the Overwhelm

Reels are one of the most powerful ways to get your business seen, connect with your audience and grow your brand. But they can also feel confusing, time-consuming and, at times, a bit overwhelming.
That’s exactly why I created this workshop. I’ve been using Reels since they rolled out in the UK in August 2020, creating content for clients across hospitality, retail and leisure. Over time, I’ve seen just how effective they can be but also how easy it is to overcomplicate them.
The good news? You don’t need to. This workshop is all about simplifying Reels - helping you understand the fundamentals, build confidence, and create content that feels natural, creative and aligned with your business.
What we’ll cover:
This hands-on session will start with the basics before moving into filming techniques, simple editing features and creative ways to bring your content to life.
You’ll learn how to:
- Confidently film your own Reels
- Get to grips with Instagram Edits
- Use simple, effective formats like B-roll, voiceovers and POV
- Explore creative editing techniques, including transitions
- Add text, hooks and captions that get noticed
- Turn everyday moments in your business into engaging content
- Create Reels that help you get seen, build connection and drive sales
