Breathwork is a form of active meditation using conscious connected breathing. It is an influential tool to help you quiet your mind and release stuck energy, dissolve stress and anxiety, and experience deeper levels of connection. You will be expertly guided on a powerful journey designed to help you let go of the mind and drop into your body.
This course is appropriate for everyone, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. No previous experience required, just a desire to explore within. We will walk approximately ½ mile to reach our breathwork location on a mostly flat trail with some uneven surfaces. The breathwork session itself is done while lying on the forest floor.
Meet on the deck in front of the Nature Store in the day use area of Henry Cowell.
Class size is limited, and advanced registration is required. Those who register will receive more detailed information and directions via email.
$40 per class. Led by Nicoletta Puccini. Nicoletta Puccini is a skilled practitioner committed to helping individuals access their internal pharmacy and achieve transformative self-healing. She is a certified master Breathwork facilitator, with additional expertise in neurolinguistic programming and hypnotherapy. With over 15 years of experience in therapeutic yoga, somatic healing, and breathwork, she combines science, intuition, and creativity to guide clients toward profound emotional, physical, and spiritual breakthroughs. Nicoletta provides a dynamic and adaptive approach, meeting clients where they are and empowering them to create lasting change.
