Reductive Linocut is a relief printmaking technique that allows you to create a multi-color art print using only one linoleum block.
About this Event

Linocut is a relief printmaking technique similar to woodcut.

In this workshop, learn to transfer an image onto a special sheet of artist-grade linoleum and then hand carve the surface of the block which will be inked and printed using our Vandercook proof press to achieve easy registration. A reductive carving process will be used to produce a multi-color print.
