Growing Your Creative Business: IFCKC August Saturday Seminar
About this Event
On Saturday, OZ leads a three-hour working session on the business side of being a filmmaker, a producer, an artist. The side most creative training skips entirely.
* Why pitching who you are matters as much as pitching your work
* How to make money from what you love without feeling like you compromised it
* How to solve a business problem with filmmaking skills
* The three functions every creative business runs on, and which one you have been avoiding
* What beliefs, inherited long before you ever picked up a camera, are quietly costing you opportunities
This is a working session, not a lecture. You will pitch out loud. You will meet the people who are strong where you are not. You will leave with a skill you can use Monday and a name you can call.
This is an invitation to rewrite the story you inherited about your craft and what it's worth. Bring a pen.
ABOUT THE SEMINAR
Join us for an amazing seminar focusing on how to grow your creative business. OZ Ozmen is joining us from Los Angeles to help demystify the word "business" and how we can pursue creativity as business. OZ will help you walk away understanding the pain points and how you can solve business problems with your existing skillset.
This interactive workshop will get you connected to your communtiy, walking away with an elevator pitch, and the motivation to get out there and create.
