A guided workshop at the art museum designed to slow down, reduce overwhelm, and gain perspective through observation and conversation
About this Event

Workshop Fee: $95
Museum Entry: Paid at the desk (approx. $30.). Museum members enter free.

This is not an art class.
You do not need art knowledge or creative skills.

This small-group workshop is for people who feel mentally overloaded, stuck in their thinking, or under ongoing pressure and want a structured way to step back and reset.

Using the art museum as a quiet, neutral setting, we slow down observation and use art as a lens to look at your own thinking patterns from the outside. The focus is on gaining perspective, not learning about the artwork itself.

What the Experience Includes
  • A guided walk through the museum using simple observation prompts
  • Time to notice what pulls your attention, what repels it, and what keeps returning
  • A facilitated conversation afterward using the art as a shared reference point

You will leave with at least one clear insight about how your mind works under pressure, and language for something you may not have been able to name before.

Who This Is For

This workshop is a good fit if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed, scattered, or under stress
  • Are navigating pressure, perfectionism, or decision fatigue
  • Want a new perspective from a unique, creative angle.

About the Facilitator

I’m Ryan. I’ve worked in the arts for over 20 years and as a business coach and mentor. I see the same patterns show up again and again: pressure, perfectionism, and the slow buildup of overwhelm.

This workshop is designed from direct experience and observation, grounded in how art can offer perspective on the way we think and work.
