Reduced Metro Cards with Fair Fares

The Kings Highway Literacy Zone Team is hosting a Fair Fares and Benefits Enrollment Event with the Department of Social Services (DSS) Thursday October 10th from 12pm to 4pm at Kings Highway Library (2115 Ocean Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11229).

If you qualify you will receive 50% off all transit fares for the MTA subway trains and buses.

You may be eligible if you:

• Are between the ages of 18 and 64
• Live in NYC
• Are not receiving or eligible for a discounted MetroCard from anther program
• And meet household income requirement

*Help for cash assistance and supplemental nutritional assistance program (SNAP) enrollment will be provided*
