Reduced Cost Group Therapy: Elevated Educators

If you are a teacher and are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or less fulfilled in your work than you prefer, you might enjoy the chance to connect with other educators and a therapist who gets it. The Elevated Educators group is facilitated by a former teacher and is designed to address the unique challenges and experiences that come with working in schools.

This group provides a space where you can work on yourself because YOU deserve to feel empowered, excited, and energized in your life. If you want to connect with other people who are working on growing and developing themselves, and who happen to know the struggles, difficulties, and joys of working with kids and in schools - join us!

This is a donation based group beginning October, from 6-7:30pm and is open to anyone who works with students or in schools.

We will meet each week to connect, check in, and chart a course for peace, calm, and compassion to better manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Let's put the objectives, rubrics, and standards away and prioritize on the wellness of the people who take care of our kids and communities.
