About this Event
đ ReDressed 2026 â Itâs Time to Get Creative!
Proudly hosted by The ReDress Hub, for the fourth year, and supported by Launceston City Council, ReDressed 2026 is your chance to shine on the sustainable fashion stage!
This isn't just a competition â it's a celebration of creativity, skill and circular fashion. Your challenge? Take one (or up to three) preloved garments and transform them into a stunning new wearable outfit. Think fashion-forward, not fast fashion. Make it practical, wearable, and wow-worthy â not a one-time-only art piece.
đ¨ Design it. Remake it. Rock it.
Submit your upcycled masterpiece by 5pm, August 21st 2026, and you could be selected as one of 25 finalists to showcase your look in the spectacular ReDressed ReFashion Show at The Tramsheds, Launceston on September 17th.
đ Prizes awarded in every category!
Who can enter?
ReDressed is for all Tasmanian garment makers, using any sewing, knitting, crochet etc clothing-making techniques. Beginners are encouraged to âgive it a goâ but need to be mindful that garments are also judged on craftsmanship.
There are five participant categories:

- Fashion &/or textile design tertiary student
- NEW: Supported adults - people requiring additional support to accomplish their entry
You can also enter as a TEAM under any of these categories.
