Traditional hometown Veterans Day at Veterans Park near the Redondo Pier. Commentary music and honor to all those who served in the Armed Forces and wore the uniform of their country. Keynote speaker is Colonel Andrew J. Baker Commander Los Angeles District US Army Corps of Engineers. Elected officials and military dignitaries will also participate. Supported by the Coastal Division Sea Cadets and Redondo Beach Marine Corps JROTC. Music provided by the Redondo High School Band. Activities hosted by the City of Redondo Beach Redondo Elks Lodge #1378 and the Redondo Beach Veterans Memorial Task Force. Tribute to be followed by Elks BBQ. Event open to the public.
