Redemptive Work: A Workmatters Conference

A one-day conference helping Christians discover how their everyday work participates in God’s renewal of the world.
About this Event

The 2027 Workmatters Conference, Redemptive Work: The Way Things Ought to Be, is a one-day gathering designed to inspire and equip Christians to see their work as part of God’s healing and renewal in the world.

Through powerful keynote speakers, insightful interviews, and practical breakout sessions, attendees will explore how God uses everyday work to bring restoration, flourishing, and hope to people and communities. Whether you work in business, education, healthcare, ministry, technology, finance, retail, entrepreneurship, or the arts, this conference will help you connect your daily work to God’s greater purpose.

Together, we will celebrate how industries like yours can become expressions of God’s love—helping move the world toward the way things ought to be.

You’ll leave encouraged, challenged, and equipped with practical tools to embrace your current assignment as meaningful, redemptive work. If you are passionate about faith and work, workplace discipleship, leadership, culture-making, or vocational purpose, this conference is for you.
