REDEFINE – Functional Fitness is designed for individuals ages 16 and older living with physical disabilities. Led by a certified adaptive fitness instructor, this class combines strength, cardio, and endurance training using functional movements to build confidence, independence, and overall fitness in a supportive, engaging environment. Be sure to reserve your spot!
You must have an active REDEFINE plan to participate in this class.

If this is your FIRST TIME at IM ABLE:
Use this link to create an account on PushPress: https://imablefoundation.pushpress.com/landing/plans/plan_3538684ef4f241
After creating your account, you’ll be prompted to download the PushPress Member App. You must download this app.
Once you have downloaded the app, log in and reserve the classes and activities you plan to attend by navigating to “Schedule” at the bottom of your screen, selecting the date(s), and clicking on “Reserve.”
If you reserve a class and can no longer make it, please cancel your reservation.
If you have ALREADY PARTICIPATED in an IM ABLE class or activity:
Open your PushPress Member App, navigate to “Schedule” at the bottom of your screen, select the date(s) you plan to attend and click on “Reserve.”

ABOUT REDEFINE
The REDEFINE program provides inclusive, high-energy fitness opportunities for individuals aged 16 and older living with physical disabilities. Offering both individualized and group-based training, each session is led by certified adaptive coaches and customized to meet the unique abilities and goals of every participant in a safe, supportive environment.
In addition to regular gym-based workouts, the program includes special activities and clinics such as adaptive rock climbing, strength and cardio training, indoor cycling and rowing, outdoor biking, and more. Through functional workouts, sport-specific training, and a peer-supported community, participants build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall wellness—whether they are new to fitness, working toward greater independence in daily life, or pursuing competitive athletic goals.
