Guide Dogs' Redbridge Training Centre is hosting a Fun Day on Saturday 9th May 🎉 This marks the first of our annual Fun Days to take place on our new site, and the 40th anniversary of our original Redbridge Training Centre opening. You can expect a day packed full of fun for all ages, and lots of opportunities to learn more about the important work that goes on at Redbridge.
This includes:
🐕 A look inside our Dog Care Rooms, with a chance to chat to staff about the dogs
👏 Displays by staff and volunteers, including a demo by our Guide Dog Trainers
💛 Opportunities to learn more about getting involved with puppy raising and fostering
🎡 Activities like face painting, a tombola, raffle and much more
🍔 Food and drinks, including a BBQ, sweets & snacks, and hot & cold drinks
Important details:
👉 Our doors will be open from 11am – 4pm
👉 A suggested donation of £2 for adults and £1 for children can be paid upon entry – no need to book ahead – and will help raise funds for Guide Dogs
👉 Everyone is welcome, but please note that we’re not able to accommodate pet dogs
👉 Vehicles can be parked nearby at West Hatch School, High Road, Chigwell, IG7 5BT. Please note that there will be no parking available on-site
