You are warmly invited to gather in sacred circle to close off the year 2025.
The Red Tent is a space to just be, a space for authentic connection, a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your heart and soul.
Come as you are. This is a safe place to breathe and take a much-deserved rest from the frantic pace of the time of year. We will review the boundaries we set in 2025 and the effect these have on our lives and well-being.
Magic happens when women gather. We encourage, heal, share and learn in this space.
We will meditate, sip sacred cacao and enjoy a shared snack; we'll enjoy lots of conversation and laughter.
I am delighted that Evolve With Olivia will be joining us to offer spiritual, intuitive guidance and mindset coaching. Olivia uses Oracle Cards as a tool only and will offer advice and guidance to each person.
This feels really special as we close out 2025 and welcome 2026 with blessings and our best intentions.
Please bring a healthy snack to share and an open heart, a willingness to share or simply receive.

Who is Fiona and why does she do this?
I am Fiona Tate, founder of Red Tent East Coast Bays. I run Sorted Out, I am a RMT-trained Life Coach and women’s circle facilitator. I am a mother of 2 teenagers, and have lived in four countries.
I love interacting with people and have always been drawn to the holistic, alternative, and spiritual.
I have experienced much change and enjoy mentoring and supporting others who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
I care deeply about the community. We all deserve to feel heard, accepted, and empowered. By bringing people together across all walks of life, we strengthen not only ourselves, but relationships, families, the wider community, and the world.
