What to Know: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get checked in and settled into your space so we can begin the breathwork session promptly at 9:30 AM.
What to Bring:
- For Breathwork: Warm, comfortable clothing (layers are great!).
- For the Sauna and Plunge: A change of clothing or swimwear (activewear or swimsuits both work).
- Essentials: Your yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle.
- Reflection: A journal and pen for the mindset exercises.
- Optional Comfort: You are welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, or eye mask to enhance your breathwork experience.

About Anna Curtis and Hado Flow: Anna, founder of Hado Flow, is a yogi and certified Wim Hof Method Instructor. Her background in athletics, and a history of chronic pain and hormone ailments has given her a unique passion for learning and sharing the intersections of science and spirituality. Anna’s goal is to help women, athletes, and anyone struggling with chronic inflammation unlock tools for bliss, relaxation, and emotional and physical vitality in their everyday life. Anna has assisted Wim Hof Retreats, led workshops and retreats across three continents, and mixes adventure, new experiences, and personal connection into her experiences.
