Kickstart your wellness journey in 2025 with us at Red Rock Sauna on January 25th from 10 AM to 1 PM! This special event includes a complimentary injury screening from a doctor of physical therapy with your sauna and cold plunge session. Whether you are currently dealing with injury or are looking to be proactive and get ahead of future injury. Learn how to optimize recovery, reduce pain, and improve performance through the combined benefits of physical therapy, heat, and cold exposure. Our goal is to equip you with the tools to recover smarter and feel stronger, setting the tone for a healthier, more resilient year.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: 45 minutes of sauna + cold plunge (15 min sauna, followed by 1-3 minute cold plunge rotations) and free injury screening + opportunity to meet with a doctor of physical therapy and learn how to optimize recovery, reduce pain, and improve performance.

$30 per person includes BOGO beer special from Hogshead Brewery.

WHEN AND WHERE:

Red Rock Sauna at Hogshead Brewery (4460 W 29th Avenue, Denver Colorado 80212)

WHAT TO KNOW: Please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead to get checked-in. Sauna will be shared with up to 5 people total. Guests will rotate between sauna and cold plunge for 45 minutes before opting in for a free injury screening and education.

WHAT TO BRING: Wear comfortable and warm clothing for health scan. Keep on your active wear or bring a swimsuit for sauna/plunge. Don't forget your own towel and water for hydration!

MEET YOUR PT:

My name is Logan Edwards, and I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford. I began my career in orthopedics and sports medicine in Connecticut before relocating to Denver. I am a PT and a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) and combine techniques like trigger point dry needling and soft tissue work with strength and conditioning to deliver lasting results. My focus is on addressing the root cause of pain and empowering patients to understand their bodies for long-term success.
