What to Expect:

🌅 8:45 AM: Arrive early to check in, settle in, and prepare for class.

🌟 9:00 AM: Begin with intention-setting, creating a powerful start to your journey.

🎶 9:15 AM: Immerse yourself in a 45-minute sound bath, featuring the resonant vibrations of crystal sound bowls, Koshi chimes, and other healing instruments. Guided by channeled light language, this experience will realign your energy and invite deep relaxation and harmony.

🧘‍♂️ 10:00 AM: Transition into a gentle, all-levels Slow Flow Yoga Session. This 20-minute practice will help you ignite passion, release stress, and cultivate a sense of mental and physical spaciousness.
