Red On 12: 12 Hour Race
About this Event
The Red On 12 event is a unique 12-hour endurance race held at Haydock Racecourse. Individuals and teams complete as many laps as possible of a 5km route within the 12 hour time limit.
Team division: Male Team, Mixed Team, Female Team, Tactical Team (10kg vest).
Athletes can enter either as solo competitors, aiming to cover the greatest distance possible through pacing, resilience, and endurance, or as part of a relay team format where one runner is active while two teammates rest and recover before rotating back in.
The event combines strategy, teamwork, and physical endurance, creating a competitive and fun atmosphere for both experienced endurance athletes and those looking to test themselves over an extended challenge.
