We will be hitting up icons, discovering the best meats Houston can offer.

On veterans day we will start with a clay shoot and move onto a RMLC x Southern Cross Service Dog takeover of Charolais by Chef Austin Simmons

Cigars will be smoked at Casa De Montecristo and the accomadations will be high thread count style.
