Join Skylar for a music-driven, dynamic practice that builds off our Classic Flow emphasizing strength, endurance, play - and set to the electrifying beats of the Red Hot Chili Peppers! You will move your spine in all 6 directions and be invited to challenge yourself. Class moves breath to movement with opportunities for longer holds. Room heated between 80 - 90 degrees.This is also a pay-what-you-can class! Every month we highlight a few classes as pay-what-you-can. Choose your contribution ($5, $10, $15, $20, $24 drop-ins). Proceeds go towards our scholarship fund to create more equity, diversity, and inclusion in the local yoga community.
