Red Carpet Film Premiere - Brooklands

Come for a glamorous night out to celebrate locally made feature film 'The Silver Screen Dreams Cafe'.

Since September '22 a group Wythenshawe residents have been working together

training in film-making and film-acting and have helped produce a full-length feature film.

'The Silver Screen Dreams Cafe’ is a heart-warming comedy-drama about a community transformed through the love of amateur film-making. Almost art imitating life!

It premiered recently as part of an International Film Festival and we’re delighted to be able to bring it to Brooklands. At this Brooklands premiere we are delighted to have The Daytime Singers performing at the start of the evening.

So come on down, embrace the glamour and dress in all your finery, meet the actors, walk the red carpet, watch the film and help celebrate this exciting local production and who knows- maybe you can get involved in the next one!
