♻️🌟 Big Lake Lions Launch the NexTrex Recycling Challenge! 🌟♻️We’re excited to announce that the Big Lake Lions are officially participating in the NexTrex Recycling Challenge August 2025-April 2026 in honor of Environmental Awareness Month and WE NEED YOUR HELP!
🌍 Our Goal: Collect 1,000 lbs of clean, dry, food-free plastic that can’t go in curbside recycling. Once we reach our goal, Trex will reward us with a beautiful bench — which we will proudly donate back to our Big Lake community! 💚

Grocery bags
Bread bags
Case overwrap / pallet wrap
Dry cleaning bags
Newspaper sleeves
Ziploc & resealable bags
Bubble wrap & air pillows
Ice bags
👥 Who Can Participate? EVERYONE — individuals, families, and businesses!

We can arrange scheduled pick-ups of qualifying plastics from homes and businesses in the Big Lake area.
Together, we can keep plastic out of landfills and turn it into something meaningful for our community. 💪♻️
