Rebecca Kirkland joined the recruiting team at KMA in 2020, which merged with Skillcloud Consulting in March 2026. She has experience with all aspects of full cycle recruiting and recruiting operations from job posting development and management, volume recruiting, applicant tracking system management, onboarding, reporting and metrics, and candidate connections and interviews.
Rebecca holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maine at Orono, a Masters’ Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University, and she completed a Masters’ program in Educational Leadership at California Lutheran University.
