Recruit, Retain, Reward - The Volunteer Coordinator Trilogy

Recruiting, Retaining and Rewarding volunteers are three areas which can present a challenge for voluntary groups and organisations.

To look at these areas in more detail, we are running workshops over the coming months. There will be one session at our office in Dorchester and one online for each of the three areas.

The workshops will be an opportunity to:

• Share and learn what groups are already doing
• Look at what is working and what the challenges are
• Discuss new ideas to take away

In September we will be looking at Volunteer Recruitment. In October, it will be Retaining Volunteers and in November we will focus on recognising volunteers through Reward.

You are welcome to attend workshops for one of the areas, or come along to all three, we would love to see you there.
