Recovery Storytelling is a strength-based model of crafting new stories about past challenges using creativity and narrative therapy practices.

Over 1,500 people have experienced this process since its creation in 2017 and we always hear the same thing afterward: "This workshop changed my life!".

By crafting a new story about a past experience with the help of expert story coaches and a small group of peers, you can take back your power and use your story for good.

You will:

• Find self-compassion, gain insight, and discover your most authentic voice.

• Discover your resilience, your strength, and your values.

• Celebrate the "you" that not only survived, but brought you to this very moment.

Once you've found your new voice, you'll have the power to change hearts and minds and help others to express themselves, heal, and change the world around them in the process.

You'll leave this small-group, virtual, 6-hour session with a powerful new story, new friends, and new perspectives.

With your new skills in carfting more creative, compassionate stories, you can entertain audiences, speak publicly to advocate for change, or be more empowered on your journey of healing and resilience.
