Recovery in the Garden

Recovery takes many forms. For some, it’s the journey out of addiction. For others, it’s learning to live after loss. For many, it’s both. Recovery in the Garden is a gentle space to reconnect—with your breath, your body, and your truth.

We’ll gather outdoors in our yard, surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the natural sounds of nature. Live sound elements—soft percussion, ambient tones, and nature’s own rhythms—will accompany our breathing exercise and reflection, creating a calming and immersive experience.

I’m Alex—a certified, trauma-informed breathwork and sound healing facilitator, conscious-business mentor, and nature enthusiast. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins within and ripples outward. Through breath, sound, and nature-based awareness, I support others in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, creativity, and core values.

I love creating spaces that are not only safe and soulful, but also playful—where curiosity is welcome, laughter is healing, and the artist within can come alive. Whether we’re breathing beneath the trees or exploring sound in the garden, each experience is designed to be grounded, expressive, and real.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed profound transformation in clients navigating addiction, grief, and life transitions—simply by offering space for deep inner exploration. I’m passionate about holding environments where people can realign with their truth and begin to regenerate from within.
