A Recovery Workshop for Kettlebell Athletes
Recovery doesn't begin when the lift is over—it is woven throughout the entire athletic experience.
In kettlebell sport, performance and recovery are often viewed as separate parts of training. The reality is that breathing, stability, performance tension, dynamic movement, and mobility all play a role in how we perform under the bells and how we recover from the demands of training and competition.
This hands-on workshop is designed specifically for kettlebell athletes who want to better understand their bodies, improve movement efficiency, and support long-term performance in the sport.
Together we'll explore how creating more movement options can help reduce unnecessary strain, improve breathing mechanics, enhance stability under load, and address many of the common complaints athletes experience, including:
✔ Tight hips and limited hip drive
✔ Neck, shoulder, and trap tension
✔ Low back discomfort
✔ Breathing and rhythm challenges
✔ Stability and bracing under fatigue
Throughout the workshop, athletes will learn practical recovery tools they can use before training, after training, and on competition day to help their bodies perform and recover more effectively.
What You'll Learn
✔ Improve Hip Drive, Breathing & Rhythm
✔ Reduce Low Back, Neck & Shoulder Tension
✔ Build Stability for More Efficient Lifting
✔ Learn Practical Recovery Strategies for Training & Competition
Whether you're preparing for your next competition, chasing a personal best, or simply looking to stay healthy and strong in the sport for years to come, the Recovery Forward workshop will provide actionable tools you can put to use immediately.
Train Hard. Compete Hard. Recover Harder.
