Join Leona of Empowering Wellness and Patricia, aka Mz. Mae (Zpickup Artist) at Epic Soccer Academy for an afternoon of movement, learning, and recovery. Explore foam rolling and stretching, watch a Fascial Stretch Therapy demonstration, and experience the recovery tools available at the center.
